EPEW Committee members put in tons of work during the twelve months between workshops. These are non-paid volunteers who donate time, energy, and often, their own cash to see that the workshop goes as smoothly as possible. But the "buck stops" at the workshop director. This year Kate Cox has taken the reigns and will be the EPEW Director.

During the workshop much of the committee work goes on behind the scenes. The stars that shine during EPEW are the volunteers. Without these folks the workshop would come to a grinding halt. Volunteers help with registration, answer questions, take attendance at workshop sessions (for people earning CEU credits), and help presenters. The 2007 EPEW volunteers were lead by committee member Karen Hughes.
